Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is a British-Nigerian mixed race child was born into the family of South London. Her mother and father were both English. Her family was raised in a south London council estate, and went to The Brit School at age 14. In London, she studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in which her acting diploma was earned. While attending the school, she appeared in numerous stage productions including the King Henry V as Princess Katherine and Wuthering Heights as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe started her acting career through the film Storm Damage. Since then, she has appeared as a guest for Teachers, Doctors, Casualty as well as Drop Dead Gorgeous. Her debut film as a performer came from that of the Woody Allen 2007 film Cassandra's Dream. She starred alongside Colin Farrell & Ewan MacGregor. She then appeared in Elisha, the BBC Three pilot drama, in West 10 LDN. In her role, she also played Ollie for six episodes in the series Trexx, Flipside, and Flipside. She was Bambi as Bambi in The ITV2 show Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe was a part of the comedy How to Lose Friends and alienate others (2008). Her credits in theatre include Little Sweet Thing or Roy Williams and Flight Path of David Watson.
Madekwe was cast as Ashley Davenport in the ABC show The Beautiful Life. The two-episode drama aired just 2 weeks at The CW and then it was cancelled. Ashley Davenport appeared in ABC drama Revenge in February of 2011. In late May 2013, it was announced that Madekwe who had appeared on the show as a series regular for the previous two seasons would be leaving the show after a guest-appearance in the first episode of the season's new episode. In the television series Salem the actress played Tituba between 2014 and the year 2016. Madekwe was married to her long-time love, Iddo. Both of them have been in Secret Diary of a Call Girl. They also played together in Salem.

Ashley Leggat, an actress who was twice nominated for the Gemini Award, is a member of an extensive Hamilton family. Four of her older brothers were present as well: twins Todd and Bram, Brett & Rob. Ashley's sports brothers played baseball during summers and hockey in the winter. Ashley did not walk, but she did dance, so when she was 2 1/2 years old she took up Baby Ballet -and she fell in love with. Ashley was hooked on dance since that time. Ashley continued to perform competitively through high school graduation, with top divisions like tap, Jazz, Ballet, Pointe, Acrobatics, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop and many more. In addition, she won the top awards for soloists in every major dance contests, such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance among others.
